Returns And Refunds

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Return requests should be raised within the designated return period from the delivery date. Items with signs of use, damage, or tampering will not qualify for a return.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item is checked and approved. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive an email update once the refund has been completed.

Shipping And Delivery

 Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A shipment confirmation email will be sent once the order has left our facility. We aim to ensure smooth and timely dispatch.

Delivery generally takes 3–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Timelines may differ based on courier operations. There may be delays during festive periods or unforeseen events.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is possible only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation cannot be done. However, you may request a return if the product meets the return criteria.
