You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Currently, we do not support changes to items or shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you need to make modifications, please cancel the eligible order and place a new one.
